The safe doesn't close properly, you can open it right back up — completely useless. If I had been able to return it, I definitely would have. I wouldn't have wanted it even for €5, in fact I wouldn't even want it if someone paid me. Think carefully — buy a safe of higher quality.

I bought this safe with high expectations, but it quickly became a frustrating experience. I seriously spent two days trying to set up the code. The manual was unclear, the system wouldn't cooperate, and at some point I didn't even know whether the problem was with me or the safe itself.
By day three I was so fed up that I simply returned it. And that was a hassle in itself — the thing is heavy, so returning it was anything but easy.
The only positive thing I can say is that the size was perfect for my needs. But that absolutely does not outweigh the frustration and wasted time. Really, really, really bad. Would not recommend.

Overall a pretty solid safe. The only issue was that entering the code was fiddly. The manual says 3 to 8 digits. At one point I had entered a 7-digit code and guess what – I couldn't open the safe, tried several times. Eventually I entered a 5-digit code and now it works and I can open the safe. Luckily you get those emergency keys with it, otherwise it would have been a real mess, haha. Oh, and by the way, the manual also says you open the safe by turning the emergency key clockwise, but you actually have to turn it counter-clockwise. There are a few errors in the manual. Thanks to another review here on the shop explaining how to set a new code, it became easier :) Two downsides are the loud beeping when you enter the code and when you can open the safe. And the fact that the product image here shows what looks like two extra drawers at the top – the safe does NOT have those. But overall it's pretty great.
