Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed directly on buxibo.com. Everything we sell is in stock and ships from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive a track & trace link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Netherlands & Belgium
- €3.95 shipping — free on orders over €29.95.
- Delivery in 1–2 business days.
Rest of the EU
- €3.95 shipping — free on orders over €29.95.
- Delivery in 2–4 business days, depending on the destination.
The exact shipping cost and delivery estimate for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & import taxes
For the countries we ship to, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in our shipping fees. There are no extra charges on delivery.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you have an account, you can also follow your order at account.buxibo.com/orders.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
If your parcel is delayed, doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us via our contact page and we'll sort it out for you.
Returns
Changed your mind? See our Refund policy for your right of withdrawal and how to return a buxibo.com order. Orders placed on a marketplace (Bol.com, Amazon, …) follow that marketplace's own shipping and returns rules.
