Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.
Conditions for Returns
It is important that the returned item is in an unused condition and shows no signs of wear, unless the item is defective. Note: Hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us via info@buxibo.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can drop off your return package at the carrier specified on the return label, which may vary by country.

Return Costs
Returns are subject to a return shipping label fee. This fee is clearly displayed in our return form.
Returns due to defects or errors on our side are always free of charge.
Items Returned Without a Return Request
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us via info@buxibo.com for any questions regarding returns.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items with broken seals. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Extended 30-Day Return Period
As an extra service beyond the legally required 14 days, we offer an extended 30-day return period for all orders. This gives you a total of 30 days from the date of receipt to decide whether to keep the product. We aim to provide you with extra flexibility and comfort in your purchases.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 14 business days after receipt at our warehouse, after which the refund is initiated. We will notify you once we have inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via info@buxibo.com.
