Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly on buxibo.com. If you bought your product on a marketplace such as Bol.com or Amazon, please see the section "Bought on a marketplace?" at the end of this page — your return is handled by that marketplace, not by this policy.

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal. You may cancel or return your buxibo.com order within 14 days, without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item of your order.
  • This period includes weekends and public holidays.
  • To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal, or to send the goods back, before the 14 days expire.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. Sign in to your account at account.buxibo.com/orders, or contact us via our contact page. If the order has already shipped, simply refuse delivery or return it as a normal return (see below).

How to return an item

  1. Sign in at account.buxibo.com/orders and select the order you want to return.
  2. Follow the steps to request your return. You can also tell us by any clear statement (for example via our contact page).
  3. Send the item back to the return address shown during the return process, within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.

Condition of returned items

You may unpack and inspect items as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return items complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described — in that case we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal we refund the price of the product(s) and the original standard delivery cost you paid.

  • If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we refund the standard delivery cost only.
  • We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order, at no extra charge.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund under your statutory rights. Contact us via our contact page and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Bought on a marketplace?

Orders placed on Bol.com, Amazon or any other marketplace are covered by that marketplace's own returns and refund rules — the policies on buxibo.com do not apply. Start your return on the marketplace where you ordered, or use our marketplace return form at buxiboshop.returnless.com.
