We bought this gate to block off the stairs for our grandchild. It's a sturdy and stable gate that you can tighten at each individual section. Right now it's in front of the stairs, but you can also use it to section off part of a room or use it outside. And when the gate isn't needed? We bought this to place around the Christmas tree to keep the dogs away.
It fully does the job — it stands firm and is made of good quality material. Our old gate would easily slide when the dogs pushed against it, but this gate has a click system that keeps it in shape and stops it from folding in when a dog pushes against it. We also decorated it nicely by hanging lights on it.
