To order
You have the option to cancel or change your order under certain conditions. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days without giving a reason. It is important that the item is in an unused condition and shows no signs of use, unless the item is defective. Please note: hygiene products cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Yes, payment afterwards is possible at Buxibo via Klarna. This service allows you to first receive your order and then pay within 14 days. To use post-payment, select Klarna as the payment method at checkout. Follow the instructions to complete the payment. Please note that Klarna may perform a credit check to confirm your payment option.
Dispatch
Shipping costs are €4.95 for orders under €50. Orders from €50 are shipped free of charge, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Surcharges may apply for large items depending on product type, dimensions and weight.

Returns & Refunds
Returns can be made by registering via our returns portal, where you will receive a returns label. If you need help, you can contact us via the contact form on our website or by emailing info@buxibo.com.
Please note: the cost of a return label is €3.95, which will be deducted from the refund.
Yes, the costs for returning are €3.95, unless the item is defective. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order value. We contribute to the return costs by covering half of the costs of the return label.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, after which a refund will be initiated.
You can hand in your return package at the parcel service stated on the return label. This may differ per country.
